Intensive course as educational leave

Learn Spanish in an authentic language environment in Latin America. The one to two week basic course for Spanish as a foreign language in La Ceiba or Copán (Honduras) is aimed at anyone who would like to attend a language course tailored to their learning needs as part of an educational holiday and at the same time get to know Bolivian culture.

The course is taught by native Spanish speakers. All four linguistic skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) are taken into account equally. In addition, participants in the language course have the opportunity to take advantage of many different leisure activities in order to get to know the country's culture.

Spanish is the native language of almost 400 million people and is the most commonly learned foreign language after English.

Our campus in La Ceiba:

In La Ceiba you can enjoy life to the fullest. Known for being the leisure and party city of Honduras, the port city's nightlife offers everything fiesta-hungry people desire. La Ceiba is also the gateway to the Bahía Islands and an ideal starting point for trips to Pico Bonito National Park.

Our campus in Utila:

It is located in the middle of a tropical paradise on the small island of Utila! On the Caribbean coast, approximately 29 kilometers from the mainland of Honduras, lies this small piece of land surrounded by a fabulous underwater world. Extensive coral reefs and Caribbean climate make Utila a paradise for divers - the island is even known for being one of the cheapest and most beautiful diving spots in the world! Combine your Spanish lessons with an unforgettable diving vacation!

Note: English is spoken everywhere on Utila due to its British roots. A stay with a host family is not offered here, as it is primarily intended to immerse oneself in the Spanish language and culture.

Intensive Spanish courses

Our partner school offers intensive Spanish courses at all levels for beginners to advanced students. The courses consist of 30 teaching hours per week and can be recognized as educational leave. The lessons usually take place as private lessons, but group lessons can also be organized for multiple bookings.

At every level you will learn Spanish in the current cultural context, with authentic language actions, lively exchanges with classmates and trips to La Ceiba or Utila, as well as the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the culture and language of the place with a Spanish host family. There is also an exciting range of leisure activities available every day. The ideal environment to significantly improve your Spanish skills in a short time!

The course material is included.
Guests of the language school are picked up free of charge from La Ceiba airport, by boat from Utila and from any bus stop in La Ceiba.

Accommodation
In La Ceiba we offer accommodation in a homestay in a private room with bathroom, including three meals a day (except Sundays) and WIFI. The host families live within walking distance of the school.
